I would like to add a tangent to the discussion: THE BRAIN

The brain is a material manifestation which is both an observer and a subject of other distinct observers (other brains). Brains as with all other matter/energy is subject to quantum mechanics. Quantum mechanics leads to a likely explanation or hypothesis that everything including brains are constructed out of distributed cosmic or meta-consciousness.

This universal consciousness is most likely primary as it collapses quantum probabilities into manifest macro-scale “ordered” reality describable with deterministic mathematics.

Go Science! – As always thrust forward by creativity and intuitive speculation. Never without humility and the utmost reverence for empirical evidence.

Any number and all computer abstractions are expressed in ordered strings of One’s and Zero’s.

I’m most intrigued by Dr. Goswami’s claim that his concept of the Quantum Monad (by my understanding, the principle that the fundamental patterns that define our selves are sub-local phenomena, and are therefore compatible with the idea of reincarnation) is backed up, or even demanded by quantum theory. I wonder what part of quantum theory speaks to this, and where I can learn more about it?
