If i can experience the extraordinary benefits that Stillness has to offer… anyone can. I was always a very go, go, go kind of person. And when i experienced that sweet infinite energy that began to flow through me.. it transformed my entire life and how i live it today.

Stillness Sessions contain that divine energy of Stillness and that is what you feel as you listen to the music and words in the audio work i offer. I love music, it enhances my life in so many ways… and i was taught by that knowing within that the stream of life’s magnetic force that moves through The Simplicity of Stillness has a vibration that can emanate through the music to take you into greater states of awareness soooo easily.

When I used to write (before I discovered video!) I would listen to Bach. I think you are right – it solves all troubles. that and breathing!

Peace of mind. More cows. Slowing down.

Finding the core of who I am comes in an easy step through the woods…bringing it home makes it possible for me to want less from the world and to find ways to give more and keep kindness at the forefront.

Dear Marlise -

Guilty as charged. I am one of those people Michelle talks about who does a review of how productive I have been that day.

Most of the time I am not satisfied with my performance.

I am resistant to meditation. But I never thought that music could be a form.

My brother always says that listening to Bach will solve most of your problems.

Yes, I want peace of mind and more cows.
